Welcome

Research in our group aims at contributing to narrow the gap between sequence and function by developing computational tools to build network models of molecular regulatory mechanisms from high-throughput genetics and genomics data.

We are interested in the problem of reverse-engineering the genotype-phenotype map trying to embrace the complexity that follows from the coordinated action of genes and other molecules by means of multivariate statistical models, such as graphical Markov models, with the ultimate goal of addressing research questions of biological and clinical relevance.
