Overview
Research in our group aims at contributing to narrow the gap between
sequence and function by developing computational tools to build
network models of molecular regulatory mechanisms from high-throughput
genetics and genomics data.
More concretely, we are interested in the problem of reverse-engineering
the genotype-phenotype map trying to embrace the complexity that
follows from the coordinated action of genes and other molecules
by means of multivariate statistical models, such as graphical
Markov models.
